The purpose of this email is to provide our feedback for the excellent treatment and support we have received from Dr. Kaustubh Dindorkar and his team and best service from the DMH facility. I am writing this feedback on behalf of my entire family. If anyone asks me for the short feedback then I will say that my mom got a second life because of Dr. Kaustubh Dindorkar. During a deadly covid wave my mom was diagnosed with a large brain Aneurysm. This news sent shivers down my spine and I literally suffered from cyberchondria. Then we met Dr. Kaustubh at DMH, and after seeing the reports he advised brain Aneurysm surgery and most importantly gave the much needed confidence. We had a lot of questions and he answered all those questions very patiently. He and his team took good care of my mother. After a painful wait of about 6-7 hours, Dr.Kaustubh came out with the news that we were very desperate to hear. My mom had made it through and clipping was done successfully . She was awake and could recognize me. This was the moment when I had tears in my eyes. To our surprise my mom got discharged on the 5th day of surgery. My mom now walks 3 KM/day and she is perfectly healthy and stable now. If someone sees her now, one cannot even in their dreams imagine that she had a major surgery a few months back. This only happened because of Dr. Kaustubh and his team. Dr. Kaustubh, words cannot describe how thankful we are for this. Being an Atheist, I do not believe in gods taught to us by the previous generation but the real gods like you who save human beings from such deadly diseases. We would like to express our gratitude towards his team, ICU doctors, nurses and other facility staff as well. Furthermore, we would like to thank the overall service provided by DMH. The process from the admission to discharge was really smooth. The hospital is neat and clean. Salute to the team that is tirelessly supporting families like us in times of pandemic like this.
